HOW TO USE A MEAL KIT

Restaurant Quality at Home (Serves 2)

Prepare the rice and protein: Soak and cook the rice according to the instructions. Marinate your chosen protein (or vegetables) while the rice cooks.
Cook the protein and sauce: Cook the marinated protein until nearly done. In a separate pan, briefly fry the spices, add the sauce, then stir in the cooked protein and simmer until fully cooked.
Serve: Fluff the cooked rice and serve alongside the finished curry. Garnish with fresh herbs or a tablespoon of cream if desired.
